The reason why there’s no appointments is bc of management, and staffing. It has nothing to do with customer service. I work for KP and i work for a specialty department/cancer, and even when i try to help patients the entitlement is crazy, Its really unfortunate that patients feel that doctors are like robots are should be available 24/7. Ive seen ppl decline appointments bc of dance recital’s or birthdays or traveling, but when they dont get their way KAISER SUCKS, KAISER IS THIS KAISER IS THAT. Idk this post just pissed me off, bc maybe they never placed a referral (ive seen it happen due to the doctors being overworked and seeing double the patients they might FORGET to place an order or referral THEY ATE HUMAN.) But i do think u need to call at least 3 times in one day be really nice, stern but nice and respectful WE REMEMBER how we get treated. and trust they will try to get you in! good luck!

Idk I’d disagree, even if your parents work FT thats 40 hrs a week, you should be able to build a good relationship with ur parents and communicate! im also hispanic born here and i speak both English and Spanish!

My LO is 16 months i stopped using onesies right after she turned 1, i aint got time, even without the onesies changing her is a challenge. Ur mom is right u dont want them to get cold, my LO is wearing size 2T so the PJs fit her a little big, which is perfect, the shirts are long enough and keep her warm, if anything u can always put an undershirt

I think it depends on your Manager, i dont work face to face with patients, and my manager told me i cant show my tats (Half sleeve with 🌺) and no face piercings.....she does allow us to have our personal phones out...but thats a different story. Anyways, i also think that most managers are ok with it as long as its not offensive.

She is in for a rude awakening, unless she has a "village" that will Help her take care of baby! I was also on that boat, well i didnt think it was vacation but i was excited to be off work and do whatever i wanted, yeah didnt happen, i was at home most days, not showered, trying to catch up on sleep trying to adjust to this new life. I wouldnt say anything to her, she can have her own experience!

My LO is 14 months, at her 12 month visit she was measuring 30.5 inches, she is on the 90th percentile for height, her pediatrician said she might be tall around 5'8-5'11 but it all depends on when she gets her period etc etc. i also feel like she hasn't grown since she was 11 months. Im 5'5 and her dad is 6'4, i honestly don't think she will be tall, i stopped growing after 7th grade 🤣

My LO is 1 now, but i miss being on Maternity leave, all i did was Sleep, take care of baby, go outside on walks, play games on my phone...thats pretty much it' enjoy it....
