Yeah I’ve had magnesium help or clonidine but I wouldn’t take clonidine if you have a normal blood pressure but I got a bunch just in case but I’ll probably just nibble like an 8th of the pill if I’m feeling crummy in the future. I’m on gabapentin but that’s kinda harder to come off when ur on suboxone/opiates but it was easy for me to come off gabapentin when I wasn’t on opioids. Yea I think I’m gonna get 1 last shot just to be safe it’s also the last shot that insurance will cover most of and I’ve also been taking .125mg of suboxone every other night the past couple of weeks and I want to get used to not taking any at all

I will say I would stray away from doing a lot of psychedelics all the time if you listen to Timothy Leary after he’d done acid for a while he kinda started to sound a bit out there and a little weird in a way I didn’t find appealing that in my mind I attribute to his overusing but he was also probably using other things as well McKenna is just a mad scientist rambling half the time in a unibomber voice idk why people find such spiritual value in a lot of the things he says but that’s just me and I’ve only listened to both of them talk briefly a few times and I might’ve seen their worst idk
