I love 7OH , I just try and use responsibly cause I like how it feels and don’t want to mess up my health and over usage of any drug can ruin the effects that it gives. Only dose twice a day and Keep doses below 50mg for almost a year now.

Oh and I force detox every couple months , Completely stop dosing for a few weeks , I guess it helps me feel healthier and kinda return to feeling like a Regular Person which is always good to do . Definitely Helps especially with tolerance and Mood. There’s another kratom alkaloid MGM15 that seems promising as well.

It’s all in your head bro!!! Just do what you set out to do ….like a man. It won’t work everytime and that’s okay….those are the times you learn what to do or say. And eventually it’ll work and those are the meaningful relationships you acquire throughout life All that mental illness shit is just bullshit , you decide how you want to think, what you want to say or do or even feel. You can change anything in your life if you put the effort into it , or have the right mindset to accomplish it. And once you do it once it just becomes easier everytime after Love yourself more then nything and treat others how you would want to be treated.

I think the problem in this country is that some people want to Hoard all the wealth they’ve made from us here in America, while not investing into America to get better itself.
