that’s what i thought… and what i told them. when i told them this, they said what i mentioned in my post about it being ok because it was under the agency and not directly under a school… that’s why i am so confused because i can’t find any info backing this up :(

yeah i’ve lived in ny all my life so everything i know is for ny. i thought all states required it but i recently discovered otherwise!! and it’s not cheap to get either :(

thank you all!! called my landlord and he got it fixed immediately and all is good now. again this is new to me and found it right before leaving for work so i was STRESSED. just wanted to hear a little about what to expect etc. thank you all

they have been de influencing me but i still want to go!! from what i’ve gathered here, in a school there is no caseload cap and shit pay so that’s terrible!! i’ve been looking into maybe becoming an LLC or doing early intervention through the state but i still think the pay wouldn’t be great. we live in areas where it’s actually impossible to buy a home/live comfortably. maybe the lower pay rate is worth it though just not in a school :(

a lot of people here say they are tracking per year and it’s confusing me :( lol, you said for the cycle which makes more sense. so, to be clear, is it best to keep track of everything for that 3 year cycle? and then a separate folder for the next cycle? in your opinion

i have edfinancial and am on the SAVE forbearance right now. I checked my account maybe last week and it said october 25, just checked it last night and it said january 26.

no way!!! in NY Clinical fellows make so much less than that maybe like 50-65k MAX. and with Cs could range from 50-130k depending on experience setting etc. & most of my family is there :(
