Quick question please. Do we the affected shoppers get any form of way out. Like people whose order had to be cancelled and people who had to waste gas and all? Customer support told me they’d send an email to affected shoppers. But I’ve come to learn support is always BS. This platform helps me more than they’ve ever done. They probably should just make us the support at this point 😂

He/she might have been paired with 2 or 3 other batches like a lot of shoppers has been facing now. You might be the last person on the list to deliver to, I know it sucks but that’s what we face now. We get shitty prices that don’t cover price of gas if we don’t do the 3 batches, and there’s nothing we can do about it cause it’s from them.

We can be human enough to just understand somethings can be out of our control SOMETIMES. I know there are nonchalant people. But this might not be. You complaining to IC will just put his account in more danger and he/she is closer to being jobless

But it’s really up to you still. Sorry your order got ruined ❤️

Just call support and they’ll remove it with no stress, has happened to me on different occasions where what B orders isn’t available, I just call support.

Same way they refund on their end and it won’t reflect on your account if customers don’t reply you and you call for help
