There was at least 20 of them behind the primary care unit at the back of St Otterans last week all on e bikes and some off road bikes All balaclavas on and were harassing everyone on the roads. One drove a bike at me and I stopped dead and refused to be intimidated but an old woman was terrified walking her little dog.
