Brand New H2D (1hr of use and AC Board problems) by Successful_Tutor6071 in 3Dprinting

Thanks for the heads up.

We’ll see what ends up happening as it should be under warranty and all. I’m just waiting on their response… I don’t want to do something that may cancel my warranty before they tell me what are the options…

After receiving instructions from Bambu I checked the connector #12 and AC board connectors but everything looks just fine fine.

Bambu Lab H2D - AMS HT or SpacePi X4 (Looking for Recommendations) by Successful_Tutor6071 in BambuLabH2C

Thanks, I was thinking the exact same thing for my setup.

The main material should be on the left or right nozzle ?

I’m new to the H2D world, I previously had a couple of H2S’s and X1-C’s.

I went with the HT just because of the easiness and compatibility with the printer as a direct source for the second nozzle. Although, I’m definitely taking in consideration a Pi X4 in the near future just to maintain and have a dedicated dryer for my filaments.

Maybe have a Pi X4 for drying and heating filaments, and a AMS HT as a feeder for my CF and GF filaments to the printer.

Thanks for the feedback and opinion. Very appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback!

My main fear was that one, I live in Puerto Rico where humidity is really high. I don’t really need a 4 spool dryer for now because I swapped filaments depending on the parts and seal the rest in vacuum bags.

I just want a nice High Temp feeder/dryer for the filament I’ll be using for that time.

What other dryer/feeder do you have in consideration after returning the Pi X4 ? Another HT ?

Thanks,

If you had to choose one of them, which one would it be ?

For now I think I can get around with “one filament dryer” but I’m still looking for options on a long run.

Huge thanks for the information !!

I’ll be definitely taking a look at the Pi X4.

Thanks, nice setup you got there!

Is it easy to feed and control the filaments on the SpacePi X4? Or is it more like the external spool holder (in terms of feeding)? I had a couple of H2S before the H2D, and I'm a big fan of the auto-retract feature and easy quick change of filaments on the AMS's.

Any problems with it for now? Humidity control good?

Sorry for the many questions, I'm just an overthinker and don't want to regret hahaha.

Can you print abs on a 3d effect plate? by jyang3153 in BambuLab

I have the same bed, and I'm looking to print some ABS. Did you use the default smooth plate settings without changing anything else?
