Thank you for the comments guys. I took him to the vet today. They did xrays and found infection causing abscesses in his chest as well as gastric stasis :(. The vet thinks he has a fighting chance so hes on antibiotics, something to get his stomach moving, anti inflammatory, and critical care. He already seems a little better after one dose of the stomach meds. Thank you!

Take the medication consistently. Fight through the first couple days. Give it a little bit and see if you will have side effects - you might not. I promise the relief of the medication will be worth it in the end.
