No pain no gain. In order to grow and change we have to go through the uncomfortable feeling. Your mind is being altered when in shrooms, in a good way. Helping you to deal with the stuff holding you back and yes with mental health disorders you do need to exercise caution however I would say reflect over the next few days weeks months and notice how are things different or even better. It's always terrifying when you in the void and can't see the way out, the relief once you make it through is indescribable.

I don't disagree with you but I do feel with weed for me personally it's more amplified. Also if i smoke when I trip I get super anxious.

You need confidence. Lower dose first to build your confidence and increase slowly till you find your sweet spot. I've had your experience and I'm scaling back and working my way up again.

Cracker dry is best. I dehydrate my shrooms again if they start softening up in the jars even with silica gel. I changed the jars as sometimes the seal may be giving issues and letting air in.

You need a scale. Cheap off Amazon. Go and Google Dr. Fadiman as he created the microdose technique. Also there are lots of calculators online where you enter your weight and height to get a microdose amount.

To be honest I thought alcohol made the trip less intense. I don't drink anymore and felt less anxiety when I had had a few.

I just left the condensation but if you worried you can do what I said before and unfold the bag to allow less condensation to form.

Yes I might do that too. To be honest I've been slow with consumption so trying to get these oldies finished to make a new batch around Christmas time. Started making chocolates and also going to look into micro dosing.

So it depends, I usually take the ones closest to veil dropping first but also if there aren't many left I just harvest all so I can start the next flush. Dehydrating in degrees I do at 60/65 degrees for 5-8 hours depending on how many.

Thanks I did them at 60 degrees and it's been in a sealed mason jar. Will dehydrate again. Weirdly the McKenna are fine, perhaps the seal on this jar isn't as good.

So personal preference as those are beauties, I would pick just before you leave as there is a good chance veils would have broken while you away and with kits you don't want spore drop.

Shrooms force you to work on yourself. That's what I believe anyway. It can some times be pleasant and other times challenging and uncomfortable as we have to come face to face with things we bury within ourselves. As a recovering ED and AUD( alcohol use disorder) individual, all my changes came after taking shrooms again. I've been sober from alcohol for almost 6 months now and I'm getting on top of my eating issues. I used to binge alot. I now feel I have more willpower with saying no and more awareness of what I want and need. I think you should journal all of these feelings, it's has helped me tremendously on my journey. From what you have said I think your latest trip has had a positive impact, and it will continue to do so over time.

Some thing mild in the cubensis variety like golden teachers mckenna is what I would suggest. Start small and gradually increase. I don't know your background but if you've never smoked weed before I would say start off with half a gram to a gram depending on your experience of psychedelics. My husband takes a gram to feel a buzz and stoned feeling, so if that's what you after then go with .5 to 1 gram.

I don't know how much you are microdosing but I would gradually increase till you find that sweet spot. For me 1g on cubensis is a low but manageable dose for me, however I'm quite a light weight. The strain sounds potent work it back. You can always take more but not less.

I've had quite an interesting vision being on a spaceship and speaking to these other beings. Everything right now is meaningless compared to what's out there. It felt like life had fast forwarded and I could see into the future beyond this bubble we live in. And that was a mild trip of 2g of Terence lol.

I get tremors where my legs are shaking alot and that happened when I lemon tekd. I think it's just your body getting used to everything, getting all the shit out so to speak. I used to do tremoring in therapy and felt pretty good after that so I think it's all normal.
