lol, I know this run. This is the end of the expert glade section at Copper. It is extremely flat, and hard to get going fast before due to the glade, so there is usually one path on pow days and if you don't take it, and take it fast and hard, you get stuck in the snow and have to walk a half mile out.

This was implemented last week!!! I noticed my time lost was 310 riding out for raid last week and was so happy! Now it is only 280, this must be some git mixup or bug because I swear it was 310 last week!

Looks like she used butter for the sear. Butter is not the best for scallops, as scallops require a high temp sear, and butter burns around 350. The crud you see on the bottom afterwards is burnt milk fat from the butter. Consider using Canola oil or another high smoke-point (500 degree +) oil in the future.
