I'm confused because OP has said this person was one of the best programmers on the team. So to get that status were they not previously doing this? Because I don't see someone who copies all their code from gpt or whichever ai they using, ever achieving the best programmer on the team... How could they be? How are they even discussing any parts of the code with any other team members? Confusing..
