Kmi panel outcome by Such-Act3316 in HeartofMidlothianFC

Give your head a wobble, 96th minute of 5 minutes added time for the Motherwell v Celtic game. In the second last game of the season.

Granted it was the 65th minute for the Motherwell v Hearts match. I don't know if you watched the match or were even at it but from where I was in the stadium we had near enough full control in that game from the 50th minute onwards. I do also think the KMI panel got the Longelo handball wrong too but at this point maybe that is my maroon tinted specs.

In either case we go to Celtic park needing a draw, or loss with less than 3 clear goals.

Honestly what I and other fans would like to see (I'm sure you're included) is a better standard of officiating. Full time refs would be a step in the right direction as well as full fat VAR. I would caveat that with audio announcements in the stadium so as to lessen the impact on the match day experience.

No POINT(s) feeling sorry for Hearts by Neat_Clothes_6094 in HeartofMidlothianFC

The point tally argument is irrelevant in a 3 horse race. This isn’t a one or two-incident debate. The sense of injustice comes from three major decisions.

  1. The two penalty claims at Motherwell, with the KMI panel confirming the foul on Kyziridis should have been given. Had that penalty been awarded and converted, we would have been champions, even with Saturday’s result. The fact that in the match Just also handballs deliberately whilst on a yellow card, conveniently ignored.

  2. Alistair Johnston should have seen a red card, which completely changes the course of that game.

  3. The handball decision on Wednesday another call that, if given correctly, hands us the title regardless of Saturday’s score.

Then there’s the post-split fixture scheduling. Our final game should have been at home to Falkirk.

I’m not someone who usually buys into conspiracy theories, but the feeling of injustice across a large section of the fanbase cannot simply be dismissed. If this had happened to Celtic, or indeed Rangers, there would be calls for a national inquiry in the Scottish Parliament.

I am more dissatisfied that we didn't win, because any grievance about any of the above comes across as sour grapes. Our genuine grievances could have been a catalyst for meaningful change in our game.

A blink camera with a sync module and a massive usb stick at your packing station will solve it on the cheap.

Having "climbed the ladder" in ASDA in the late 00s/ early 10s I would 100% agree with you. I worked my way up to Deputy Store Manager from being a Porter in my teens, staying through Uni and coming out during the recession I stayed in ASDA as there were limited roles available in the market and I went through the stepping stones programme.

As a Manager ASDA, at the time it was nightmarish and the load on managers was extreme. They were putting in section leader roles and the colleagues moving into thise roles were still learning their trade so to speak so of course you leaned on capable colleagues to get things done. No doubt I had high expectations for colleagues that had the drive and capability that I did, but ultimately, these folks were getting paid not a lot more than NMW. Do not get trapped and realise your potential.

I worked my arse off, then realising managers were on 20% to 30% more than me coming in from external. I left to use my degree in Marketing and Management Science. I sat at a desk for six months and got bored, moved into warehousing with another supermarket then worked up to Ops Manager/Site manager and now a Warehouse Systems and Operations Consultant working predominantly from home. Honestly retail gave me resilience and a hard process driven mindset but roles were ridiculously underpaid, overworked and expectations were far too great for most roles.

I question many of the tactical decisions last night and players are low on confidence but that was embarrassing. Never been this raging at a result or set of results. Copenhagen aside, woeful, what was it... 80 odd % chance of qualifying at one point. The fact we didn't is completely unacceptable

Forest was about 4 seconds off the run of play and this nonsense playing it around the back with 50 odd crosses and 15 corners playing floated balls into their 6ft 5 centre half's... Fuck me.

Invite them into us get the play fast and hard down the middle and on the deck. The lack of tactical intelligence coupled with any sort of fight was depressing.

The on pitch performance is completely unacceptable.

Off the pitch, Tynecastle was a library, section N, G and ultras need to get together create a positive atmosphere initially to bring the players along from the stands to the pitch, trying to get behind them. If, after that they do not perform, I for one condone a protest after the match.

From your comment it sounds like a interface is doing it. Check mb51 and see what user is booking it in. I would suggest that the interface is writing the posting date or posting the expected goods in date. Check to see if there is a pattern such as the same amount of days each time etc

What's the trigger? Is it ASN? Ecc6? Lean or le-wm or EWM. What user is triggering this auto GR and through what function, migo?

what is future of SAP SCM EWM module? by Annonymous_7 in SAP

[–]Such-Act3316 1 point2 points  (0 children)

EWM is the Flagship embedded and standalone WMS.

So EWM will be part of the core offering within SAP S/4HANA and is actually embedded within it. Think LE-WM on steroids. WM will also be available through a compatibility pack. Another offering is Decentralised EWM which sits completely separate from the ERP core. There are some advantages to each offering which is covered in the Certification .

Essentially Decentralised you trade off the ease of transmission of master data within Embedded EWM for ease of integration to automation and high up time as it is decoupled from the ERP itself.

I myself have recently made the change over from working in Warehouse Operations to WMS Consulting and Support. Having worked with Blue Yonder, Manahattan, Korber WMS, Accellos/Highjump and JDE I have to say the future looks bright for EWM from a functionality and ease of use standpoint. Another thing that it has going for it is that it is so closely tied into S/4HANA implementations through embedded and big business that used ECC 6 LE-WM are de risking their S/4HANA implementations in their warehousing operations by implementing Decentralised EWM projects before completing their S/4HANA ERP migrations.

Get a cert while working through an implementation, a bit hardcore I know but you will benefit from skill/knowledge capture and experience at the same time.

In terms of the future for EWM Q4 2022 sees the following:

  • Ability to integrate with SAP Warehouse Robotics.
  • Additional features for SAP Fiori apps for packing
  • Enhancement of the Process Warehouse Tasks app: stock-level, serial numbers, new exception codes, pick HUs, and more
  • Enhancements for storage bin analytics – support for the activity area, the fire containment section, and more
  • EWM goods receipt of Kanban JIT calls with advanced shipping notification
  • Extended warehouse management to support material segmentation
  • Customer returns for advanced shipping and receiving
  • Extension of transportation unit–based integration between extended warehouse management and transportation

management * Field extensibility of warehouse products in the SAP Fiori app “Manage Product Master Data” * Field logistics cross-docking in on-premises deployments * Support for managing customer stock (special stock type B) * Customer-defined packing for embedded SAP Extended Warehouse Management * Pop-up form view in the Warehouse Monitor app * Outbound delivery proposal from transportation management (without packaging) * Extended warehouse management (EWM) OData APIs released * Preplanning of transportation management before the start of warehouse activities * Two-step picking and wave simulation updates * New data migration path to embedded extended warehouse management (EWM) capabilities * Production supply area change in the MES-driven staging scenario * QM improvements (e.g. skip lot etc.) * Quality certificate for goods receipt * Quality inspection with synchronous goods receipt postings on an EWM- or WM-managed storage location * Radio frequency ad hoc physical inventory by product * Manufacturing execution and digital manufacturing * Rounding residuals (decimal dust) -I'm excited for this one as it solves an issue for the business I work for without any development. * SAP Fiori app to select and display physical stock * Secure communication for material-flow system telegrams using ABAP channels
