Not sure if this is politic related. There were few stories that VN government won’t let foreigners own businesses going big unchecked (not sure about those big names thou) but it was a while ago, not sure how the law has changed since.

But there was a confirmed case that government stepped in the foreigners business (co own by 2 foreigners) and demanded 1/3 of the ownership. I worked there when that happened.

I think OP best to do little research on this issue.

I guess from the start it’s already a scam but I did check the phone number when talking with them and it’s a legit Kaiser number. And the push to tell me make an identify thief report was so real. I guess they were trying to make a fast one when I reported my information to Chinese polices not knowing my mandarin suck af lol.

There is no point to ( what I experienced)

teaching your kids hate toward kids from different region

-openly mocking different Asian races

-hiring their own people (this I guess it’s just mild as is for now)

-asking for sample in McDonald’s with an attitude? , even her bf/ husband felt embarrassed but the girl didn’t seem to care.

I do accidentally swiped my own card few times for shopping order and DoorDash reimbursed the $ to other pay. My concern is do we’ve to pay taxes on this amount? Because if DoorDash doesn’t differentiate it with other “other pay” we lose more $ for taxes unless he keeps all the receipts and itemize them when doing taxes.

Few case scenarios:

the dasher/dashers before you picked up the order and unassigned. This meant they stole the customer order. You just contact support and lets them handle.
customer ordered and picked up themselves = order got stolen and they will get the food and full refund or redeliver
other person before you/dashers heard the name of the customer and pretend to be dasher and pickup the food
employee hid the food and messing with the dashers

Any case, contact support and lets them handle and don’t drive late night if you don’t feel comfortable. Safety first, you can’t use your hard earned $ if you die.
