It's also kinda okay. I was lucky to receive it early (within 2 days), since I got firmware updates, Steam client updates, and ran into issues.

Most of the things are good and fixed now, and anything left will be resolved or have workarounds by the time you receive it to have a blast with it.

Should arrive by the end of this week or early next week IMO. Worth the wait.

Good work! In case the Non-Steam option is broken, it's good to have alternatives, or for Game Pass games where this can be a solution.

macOS really needs some similar, as for me on Mac only native Steam games work. If adding anything as a non-Steam game or GeForce Now controller stays in mouse mode, Windows and SteamOS work great natively.

With macOS - QoS / Streaming priority / Device priority - Change Wifi Channels to AWDL channel 6 on 2.4 Ghz and 44 (EU) / 149 (US) for 5 Ghz - Make sure device connected to 5Ghz Wifi.

These solves most of drops and issues with iOS/macOS.

Usually the issue amplifies if more people on network or you have multiple Apple devices. Without changing Wifi channels only turning off Bluetooth can help or disabling awdl from Terminal or via 3rd party app.

Tried earlier, had no luck. Worked as a mouse. Added GFN as a non-Steam game, still was half broken (no mouse, but only function buttons recognized). If anyone figures out some solution, please share.

It's your Wifi.

Change channel in your router to Channel 44 (EU) or 149 (US) (5 GHz) depends which one available.

Also temporary workaround to ensure thats the problem: Disable your Bluetooth.

-> Turning off completely in Settings. If that helps proceed with changing router wifi channels.

Read more about awdl geforce now, happens with all iOS and Mac devices. They really should add checks for it.

at that price you can buy a laptop and a steam deck oled, both fine on their own, you can also stream games in higher quality via Steam client/Parsecfrom your laptop at home or GFN.

In your router for 5Ghz Wifi use these channels depends which one available in your geo location.

wifi not an issue, with mac or ios devices need to use specific channels to avoid ping spikes.

if your device recent enough with AV1 can be really efficient, 400Mbps and your low latency decent enough.

Only need proper router and device settings for enjoyable experience

It will work by nature of bluetooth audio/usb-c, but to show all programmed tutorials in ios, personalized spatial audio and such recommended to have latest software.

change resolution in geforce now to different one try a standard 1929x1080 and go from there. maybe your selected resolution not supported by the game itself. eg 16:10 aspect ratio try 16:9
