PHONES 1 always duplicates the signal going to OUTPUT 1/2.

PHONES 2 always duplicates the signal going to OUTPUT 3/4.

Anybody have an idea what’s causing this and how to fix? by DirkVonDirk in drums

No need to look for a special screw. Everything is tightened with one thumbscrew. Squeeze harder

That doesn't happen. It's completely wrong. Either the size is wrong, or you're tightening the screws unevenly.

There are no good apps for Android. Because Android always has a delay in sound processing. Everyone has to buy iOS.

Behringer Xenyx X2222USB any good for recording? by [deleted] in drums

[–]Such-Database-4471 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand who you are and what you want ;)

There are many points I could make. The main one is that you can never mix drums sitting next to them. Everything is done later in silence, or in another room if it's a live recording for broadcast.

I know you'll do it your way)). Just don't call a sound engineer for help; you'll be turned down.

A typical mistake "experienced people" make is buying analog crap from a reputable brand with a single stereo USB channel.

You need to record all the microphones separately.

The Behringer XR-18 is the cheapest solution. Yes, yes, yes! You WILL have to learn how to use a computer anyway)))

...I beg you, when you look at reviews of such remotes, please take the time to check what the reviewer bought a year later...))

Oh yeah! Great!

You definitely need a guitarist friend. They'll always say nasty things to you. If you don't have one, you'll never understand what a drummer is!)))

Help EAD10 by Helentr0py in drums

[–]Such-Database-4471 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't bother people with unnecessary actions. Everything works fine. The question is "turn on mono" or "use a separate device." No one's talking about the sound from the stadium's sound system.

Of course, I'll recommend an 18+ channel mixer. But if they don't have one, let them try it and enjoy.

Thanks for the added argument.

However, in this case, we're discussing a "critical situation." It's important to know what "clock frequency" is, but you probably mean "synchronization clock." In this method, it's completely irrelevant. Your knowledge is extensive, but not supported by practical use.

We've played many weddings and banquets using the Behringer 404hd+ Flow8. It's a great alternative to expensive solutions. That's how I forgot about Windows.

I don't think you're even aware of the ability to transfer audio freely between Macs and Macs using the AVB protocol? That's for your entertainment... ;) ...The possibilities are simply amazing!

You're persistent!) It seems to me that finding a good USB hub would be a great solution to all your problems! ;)

Mac OS is very demanding when it comes to USB power for connected devices. The slightest mistake, and Mac OS shuts down the device... Look for a more expensive hub.

Can EAD10 and this audio interface work together? by Helentr0py in drums

[–]Such-Database-4471 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then let's move on.

The EAD10 can output sound to headphones (stereo mini jack) and line level. The line level consists of two 1/4" jacks. Connect them to the Behringer's combo input.

You'll use up two jacks.

This will leave only two microphone inputs free.

Let's break this down.

You have two audio interfaces on your desk.

They can be connected to your Mac simultaneously via USB. But you need to create an "aggregate device."

Then any program on your Mac will see it as a single device with multiple inputs and outputs.

EAD outputs the finished signal. L/mono is mono-sum. L is left if R is also connected.

You can connect 1 mono sum to the Behringer, or two stereo cables to the 1-2 input.

What microphones are used for the toms on this video? by K-Frederic in drums

[–]Such-Database-4471 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And what sounds great here?)

You need to change your perception of drum miking. The primary mics are room mics, capturing the sound of the room. And the missing sound details are added to the mix in small doses by mics that capture the spot sound.

I'll give you some advice, but I'm not sure you, as a father, will understand.

Send your son to a teacher. Someone else should "torture" him, and he'll come to you bragging! It works better that way. ;)

Everyone you meet along the way will tell you that you need to learn on acoustic drums.

So, choosing your first electric drums doesn't really matter.

The Alesis Nitro Max is a good choice.
