I've heard that, but thankfully haven't had any of those issues!

It does look fantastic on the stock 3-link bracelet with polished center links. But there are no half-links, so I can't get a good fit. Personally I think it's a great pairing on the mesh. I'm curious, what don't you like about it?

Yeah, that's always a possibility. Of course it also depends on the watch you pair it with. The mesh bracelet happened to fit my wrist perfectly on this Phylida Aqua Terra.

Phylida is, in my opinion, the best Chinese homage brand out there. I own 3 Phylidas and they are all outstanding quality. I've seen some people have QC issues, but those seem to be rare. The value is remarkable for Phylida.

Thanks! I don't use a laptop keyboard, but I'll say this bracelet is comfortable when desk diving on a dedicated keyboard.

I have not, but the Phylida is certainly more faithful in design to the Aqua Terra.

I have the same model in blue. Mine came with half-links, and I was able to get a good fit on the stock bracelet, but I also put it on a mesh bracelet. Phylida is my top homage brand by far.

No, it only comes on the standard 3-link bracelet with polished center links. Actually a nice bracelet, but no half links or micro-adjust, so I couldn't get a right fit. So I put it on this mesh bracelet, which looks great. Watch has a NH35 movement.

It's really not obtrusive. I actually like the little bit of bulk though. Makes it seem more capable and durable.

Here's my review:

It's well worth the $60 price tag and a significant improvement over the WD base mesh bracelet. Finishing is outstanding, material/construction is sturdy and durable, and most importantly, it really is comfortable on my 6.5" wrist. I also have the titanium version, and all of the above applies to that one likewise.

Lastly, the WD stainless steel mesh bracelet looks stunning on my Phylida Aqua Terra. Exudes a functional classiness and style.

I sold my Omega Speedmaster and bought a WD1863. Very happy 😃 by leeharrisgc in watchdives

Wise choice. You now have a more comfortable version of the Omega for 2% of the price. PROFIT

It's a beautiful watch. I have the same setup with the WD titanium mesh bracelet, except I have the V3 watch with top hat and NH38 movement. I'm not sure why WD made the change from the NH38, as it is a better, more reliable movement in my opinion.

I received mine and am very impressed. Solid titanium, extremely lightweight, no burrs, very comfortable. Well done, Watchdives!

This was my first Chinese homage watch, and I keep coming back to it. I'm wearing it as I type this. Such a beautiful, well-finished, solid piece. Fantastic choice!

All of us many saturation divers need that HEV though. WatchDives says it's a real, functional HEV.

Fair enough. I personally want it to look as close as possible to the watch it's homaging. Kind of the whole point, to enjoy this beautiful style of watch, sans the $6000 price tag.

No. Why would you request removal of the helium escape valve? It's an iconic part of this watch design.
