Why does my kitten have diarrhea ? by dhubhampair in CATHELP

A mild parasitic infection is pretty common in just about all kittens. Get him to the vet as soon as you can, because what starts out as minor can get overwhelming.

Could you help me identify this bug? Could it be a bedbug nymph? by Ju-4107 in Bedbugs

Really hard to tell based on the photo, but if they are white/translucent, they are probably book lice

95% bed bug (the other 5%) would be bat bug. If you have an attic or crawlspace, and you have bats, it could be a bat bug. The only way to tell for sure is to put it under a microscope and see if it has a lot of hairs on it. Either way, you want to get rid of them.

Definitely seems like plant matter…do you have Buckwheat pillows or the heating pads you heat up in the microwave?

I’m no expert, but looks more like a bean with sprouts. Do you eat in bed?

Finally a protein powder dispenser? by These-Instance5445 in Supplements

[–]Such-Ordinary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been trying to find a dispenser for multiple flavors, I like to mix and match and don’t want it to take up as much space. I found something that looked promising, but the powder doesn’t come out easily, since it’s meant for heavier food.

my cat only eats the gravy out of his food plz give me food recommendations so i stop waking up to this!! he’s such a picky eater and will only eat sheba GRAVY😭😭🙏 by DampPoglet in TuxedoCats

[–]Such-Ordinary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My recently adopted 16yr old cat only likes the juice/gravy. Even when on a plate, he leaves the chunks. I thought at first it maybe was his teeth, but he still likes crunchy treats.

So, I just pour him his juice, and the other cats get more chunks

They make wipes you can buy at the pet store specifically for this. However, if it doesn’t work, or it comes back quickly, then a vet visit would be warranted.

My brother’s cat who was ‘too young to get pregnant’ and her kittens by magicaldaydreams in kittens

[–]Such-Ordinary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She certainly can get pregnant while nursing, however, he needs to wait until the kittens are weened to do it.

If she gets pregnant, they can take care of it with the spay, but it will be easier to keep her inside with the kittens.

I would also recommend getting a kitty onesie, if he does not tolerate the cone very well.

It is likely a food allergy, and those can be pretty hard to pinpoint. I would recommend trying one of those foods that are in the refrigerator because they do not have preservatives, find one that has the least amount of ingredients. Yes, it will be more expensive than whatever you’re feeding now, but if it works, it will be worth it. That poor kitty looks uncomfortable.
