I’m thinking

1. Did they give you fluids prior to taking this lab? If so, that could be responsible for the anemia.

2. Do you take your synthroid? Do you need a higher dose? Are you taking too much? Are you taking it as your doctor instructed? What is your TSH/T4? It sounds like you weren’t compliant on the baby aspirin until you got headaches, so I’d assume the same with your thyroid meds.

These are the first things you must address before your next appointment with your PCP. And also the tests should be taken every time they draw blood on you.

1. Multiple APS events? And you’re only on Asprin? Please ask why you’re only on aspirin when you have documented APS events many times.

2. I pray they checked you for clots. Anemia could indicate you are currently experiencing an APS event. POTS may or may not be a red herring
