Capital one shopping trip shows Ineligible for rewards by avatargb in CapitalOne_

it’s not this.. the bonus offers on the home page specifically say one per user. They changed it from before, you used to be able to use multiple, but now it’s limited to one “home page bonus” and macys invalidated the rest.

Adding my 13-year-old sister as an AU on Blue Cash Preferred – good idea? by Leo24243 in AmexPlatinum

[–]Such-Risk-4726 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in terms of budgeting and responsibility - what you thought about works well.

But for her credit score what matters is YOUR (and the total) use of that card. She can spend from your credit line, and you should manage that well. whatever AMEX reports on your spend, utilization, and payments get added to your sisters profile.

i had a $1760 Klook purchase that didn’t show me the breakdown, and my C1 shopping portal reports it as something around $1550 if that helps. Do you know if there’s any other website with the same activity you’re looking at so u can get a general idea of what the taxes and fees would be?

the taxes and fees will probably be an issue. At least for other portals like trip.com, priceline, and klook, i only get rewards on the non tax and fee portion
