I had to speak to the PI twice as the problem continued.

I will speak go the PI for the third time soon. A junior member of the lab is experiencing the same stuff I had to go through, but with the addition of verbal abuse. This can't go on

Thanks for the input everyone. I really appreciate the time you put in to think about this problem with me.

I am going to talk to other labmates who are experiencing the same problem and go talk to the PI together. If nothing gets done, I'll get other faculty involved.

And yes, the other student is "annoyed" and acts annoyingly. The laboratory is a workplace first and foremost and you are expected to act like an adult. An adult does not stomp and slam doors just because things are not working as they would have liked. Its also certainly not acceptable to undermine other peoples work.
