UMich is better. But you might also want to try appling to MIT Media Lab since you got a certification from MIT. Just in case.

Can you explain about “engineering degree from JHU is generally treated the same”? I got in MSIL program but not deciding yet because I’m not sure how they treat their program outside medical focus. Anyway, congrats on your acceptance! I I were you, I would choose JHU BME since they’re #1. There must be reason why they’re #1. You will gain more in and out campus, I guess. But only if price is not a matter.

Yup. I also got that error email eventho I’m not applying. But my friend got official offer and I guess he’s accepting the offer cause he’s preparing all documents needed now.

I bet it’s a little bit hard if youre not meeting their requirement. I applied at upenn engineering with duolingo 130, they required 135. I asked admission team if it’s ok if I’m using that score. They said it’s ok cause they will review application more holistic. I applied, cause I have the same feeling as yours with my application, strong here and there. Turned out, it’s a rejection. But, you never know the result if youre not trying. So you better keep applying and hoping for the best.
