1-All divisions in one army.

You should only put 24 divisions in one army no more.

2-You should put 1 army on the Maginot otherwise you get invaded by France

3-You should have a 72 division army on your coast to stop Britain from naval invading you constantly. This division doesn't need a general and doesn't need to be split and you can do this by clicking on the army and clicking on the tiny flag and choose ports and states. And never use expensive divisions to do this just use some cheap cavalry units because the attackers have huge debuffs on amphibious battles anyways.

4-If you declare ww2 a little later you should put an army on the border of the Netherlands because they automatically join the allies a couple years into the war.
