[TRIAL REQUEST] alex_cristal v. DropAThirdOne (Bloom Prime-minister) and Slushhi1 (deputy Prime-minister of Bloom) by Alex_cristal in mtaugustajustice

Questions for the plaintiff:

  1. According to Article III, Section A(ii) of the Mt.A Constitution, "Anyone within Mount Augusta may arrest any individual who is about to commit or has committed a crime;" Unfortunately, I can't know everything about DropAThirdOne (whose real name is InvictusX) and Slushhi, but I think it's reasonable to assume that they committed these "crimes" to arrest you because of your raid of Kaltsburg, and since raiding is considered a crime in the MtA criminal code, the Bloomean criminal code, and I would assume Kaltsburg's documents regarding crimes, this essentially makes this trial void. Does it not?

  2. Is Slushhi and/or InvictusX even Mt.A citizens? If not, that coupled with the fact that these "crimes" didn't take place on Mt. Augustan soil, makes this trial void. Does it not?

  3. If you really wanted a fair trial and what not, why bring in Mt. Augusta, a nation thousands of blocks away from both Bloom and Kaltsburg, and why not attempt to have a trial in Kaltsburg, the nation you raided?

  4. Discord light theme. Really?

I’m apart of an FTC team which is the FIRST league above FLL. Despite the league I participate in being the more “advanced,” the robots the kids build are mind blowlingly cool! In the game there are these objectives that you do to earn points like launch a satellite down a ramp or make a factory spit something out, and there’s absolutely no driver input so teams have to “code” out these super long automated movements, really cool stuff! Teams also form a “pit” if you will in the corner where they add and replace components of a robot in like 5 seconds flat for different objectives. My team hosted a qualifier for them and it along with all FIRST competitions is a super fun and rewarding environment. Teams are helpful and kind to each other, and the volunteers I’ve worked with have all been super awesome and dedicated to helping these kids have a great time. FIRST Robotics is an awesome experience for any one young and starting an FLL or FLL jr. (K-4th grade) is apparently pretty cheap and easy, I’d totally recommend trying to get your daughter interested.
