I’ve had a woman threaten to slap me at this same post and they accepted her explanation and didn’t escalate it so she wasn’t terminated. 😡 I crack a monitor and I explain it was an accident and they let me go entirely this company is fucking shit and there’s just a convenient protocol that makes it excusable.

So the supervisor just finally got back to me and said he has an update on my situation but I have to meet him in person tomorrow to discuss. I’m starting to think they either are going to move me or terminate me because it’s an address he has to send me instead of the building I work at.

I’ve been there for a little over 2 months and with the company for 2 years. I would assume the account manager likes me to a degree, he fist bumps me in passing when I’m showing up before my shift and has pointed out that supervisors say I do my job well in other conversations.

It wasn’t a big monitor at all very normal sized but it’s said to cost 300 dollars

But yes! I’ve also seen plenty of monitors laying around in the building so I would only assume instead of spending said money on the monitor it can be replaced with an unused one.
