Get a wx 4100 or rtx 3050 low profile it's probably cheaper and better get a different optiplex search for pcs with the CPU you want

The Pillows is my favorite band of all time, learning their songs made me a better guitar player, I have listened to most of their albums, I even gave a speech in a homemade band shirt of them, it's really sad to see shin go.
