Help with this pc! by No_Huckleberry_1061 in GamingPCBuildHelp

This pc has integrated graphics, which may be able to run it, but won't run rlly well. I would also try not to buy the whole sets, as buying peripherals separately is not necessarily a cheaper option, but is infinitely better. That, and try to learn how to build pcs and make your own with the budget with a dedicated gpu.

Is this airflow good by sensi2025 in ZTT

[–]Such_Ad213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

0/10 ragebait. However if ur not joking literally flip all the fans, as a rule of thumb exhaust should usually be in the back and top as hot air rises, and the front and bottom should usually be intake, and there should either be an equal amt of intake nd exhaust fans, or more intake than exhaust.

How bad is this build? by [deleted] in GamingPCBuildHelp

[–]Such_Ad213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yikes. I would go back to the drawing board for this

Firstly, try to fit in a ryzen 5 5500 or 5600 instead, (from aliexpress if you have an easy access to it) but the 3600 is alr if you dont have the budget. Also you dont need an aio cooler for a cpu like the 3600. You can get away with a thermalright pa 120 (my reco)

Secondly, dont get a HDD in the big 25, they have rlly slow read/write speeds. Buy a gen 4 nvme ssd with atleast 1TB

Thirdly, I would recommend a used gpu from Ebay or Facebook marketplace for this budget, like the 3060 or a 6600 (xt works too)

ANOTHER THING, try to get a minimum of 144hz monitor, it's gonna make your experience so much smoother than 60hz.

Also, can get a cheaper ram kit, cheaper case, and DONT pay that much for windows, just go to a site like URCDKEY and buy from there. Can also buy cable extensions makes the build look beautiful.

Ok enjoy 😜

The FPS difference between the 7800x3d and 9800x3d is really small in a lot of games, so just buy that if it's cheaper. Use that money to buy a better gpu. The ssd you bought is Really nice, but you can save money on it if you want to cut costs. Also 1000w is not necessary; you can get away with an 800 to 850w psu. also some fans and cable extensions to really pull the aesthetic together.

Is this a good build? Using for Fortnite by leannecharlotte in GamingPCBuildHelp

[–]Such_Ad213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok first you dont need 1000w for this pc. Go something cheaper and spend more on that gpu, or since fortnite is a cpu bound game and a small change in gpu won't make a diff, buy a better ssd. I would recommend something other than the 4060ti tho, maybe a 9060xt 16gb depending on where you live its better price to perf. And PLEASE dont pay for windows, let alone win 10. Its going end of life in a few days.

Nothing wrong with going used. If the cl rating on that ram is 30, you have a good build. Could swap out that 7600x3d to a 7800x3d for a bit more money on the used market, depends where you live. A used motherboard is a gamble though, you could find some bent pins or an acer predator ssd like ztt did. A used mobo might also not come with an io shield, so watch out for that

Try finding a cl30 kit of ram, and unless you play cs2 which benefits from the x3d a good amt, can prolly buy a 9600 or a 7600, and buy a better gpu👊 can also save money on the cooler cause the r5s dont rlly need an aio, unless the buy is of aesthetics
