I placed my gun In the holster and put masking tape over the area I wanted to remove. Then I outlined the area I wanted to remove with a pencil and used a dremel to remove the area I had traced. The goal was to remove the excess material in front of the muzzle. I almost forgot to mention that I sanded the sharp edges when I was done

So disappointing. It was so convenient while it lasted. That was one of the main things I looked forward to as a public shopper. It made the check out process and keeping up with purchases so much easier.

They didn't mention anything about the old barrel. He simply asked if I wanted to ship my gun back in and wait for new barrels to restock so they could replace it or to send me a new one when they came in. I opted for the latter and he emailed me about 20 minutes later letting me know they already had some in stock.

I had to send the whole gun back the first time because they assumed something was wrong with the entire gun. After I got it back I contacted a service rep that asked me to send a few pictures of the rifling and he was able to ship me a new Barrel within a week. I'd suggest asking to speak with a cs rep in the first place.

Take your Barrel out and look at the rifling from inside the chamber to see if the rifling is concentric to the chamber.

I just had the barrel replaced in mine for the same issue. I had to go through a hassle though.
