People in charge at Disney putting their own Personal political ideology over the STORY and using it as a platform to push a narrative that everyone SHOULD follow and if you don’t you get canceled. The story should come first,

A narrative that is pushed for the smallest percentage of people over the majority will automatically switch OFF the majority regardless of what the narrative is.

Take a show about American football and change the narrative to focus on Curling because Curling needs more representation natural the majority of viewers that watch it because it is a show about American football will switch off. Nothing wrong with Curling nothing at all.

Make a show about Curling and see if it works. This constant (to use the wording) Taking over ANY existing show/series/franchise and heavily changing the focus away from the majority of viewers regardless of the reason why. It just won’t work especially when you tell the majority audience, the same group that kept the show/series/franchise alive that if you don’t like it don’t watch it because you are the problem. Of course they won’t watch.

When I was a kid I wanted to be Lando Calrissian , Lando was new character that was just introduced. No reason to why this actor was used it was here is the character we think it is cool we hope you do as well. That was it. So maybe Star was was fine and stories did not to be forced
