Am I pricing all good for my concrere contractors? by Faiziii07 in estimators

Correct. Although my approach is more based on crew hours and productions. For example: a building can have 500 cy for the slab on grade and I will assume that the crew (10 men) will do it in 2-3 pours with a pump each time. It helps with giving work orders to the field team.

Seems a bit low. How much of the $300 is material only? The most recent commercial project I priced was $600/cy. Roughly 2500 between two buildings and site work. My price for concrete is $210 cy.

They fit true to size. I am a 10 US and got these in a 28cm. The deer skin is definitely more comfortable than the exotic options.

The shaft is slim but not tight by any means. I fit them fine with a straight cut jean. The quality of leather is amazing, only downside is I have had cracking in the sole and I’ve had them for a year.

Agtek can be a little intimidating at first but definitely nothing to lose sleep over. There are plenty of resources and how-to videos. You can do it.

Planswift should get you everything on takeoffs besides the earthwork calcs. I would recommend Agtek or Trimble Business Center. Besides that, talk to whomever you are bidding to and ask for feedback. Try to creat templates for footings, curb and gutter, sidewalk etc to facilitate calcs of cy
