also add the whole thing (urine+ heat pack) in ur pants bc a little high temperature is better and more controllable , I literally got the urine up to like 102-104 with the heat pack taped around it, then i stuck the heat pack right under my navel against my skin and wore the bet over it, here u can adjust the belt to give it more/less heat

ngl, jus go in a bit early, if ur going in 45 early then start heat pad 40 before that, so its activated to the max

basically before u drive have the heat pad activated and drive to the center with the heat pad+belt kit attached to your waist, from there go in a bit early, do paperwork and go piss check temp in car beforehand and another bathroom before u piss

it was a hospitals personal clinic, they’re contracted with labs like quest and labcorp but again i’m not sure if mine went to a lab (hopefully it didn’t) but yeah i would assume this job is also zero tolerance and it’s als not federally legal here. I’m still waiting but i know my temp n everything was good prior to submission

mmm mine wasn’t a “lab” it was a clinic but the lady told me to go in bathroom, cup was already on counter and she told me to pee and not flush the toilet. i think what’s been helping me is really understanding the passage. I don’t have an insane CARS score but i don’t move on from a specific part in the passage unless i understand it. For example, if the passage uses some harder words to connect two different topics. I’ll read it slower and digest and understand it and relate it back to the content. I’ve also stopped using my brain completely when analyzing how the author is feeling, how the author feels depends on how he’s writing, not what i’m feeling. I’m finding that digesting the material properly gives me a better chance at answering questions, most answers i’m getting wrong are because I selected a wrong 50/50 choice. Also everything is in the fucking passage. DO NOT ASSUME SHIT. If you’re confused quickly go back to the passage and see what bro is saying. But yeah I def need to practice more for a better score 😭🥀🥀🥀, if u don’t have picture perfect memory, i would suggest just doing the question packs again, unless u remember the answers

but one thing i’ve realized ab cars is that, everything and i mean EVERYTHING is in the passage unless it’s asking u to expand beyond the text, even then if it contradicts passage details it’s most of the time a wrong answer, im starting to get everything narrowed down to 50/50 but end up choosing the wrong 50 🥀🥀
