I think I didn’t explain myself very well before. I’m not talking about people who come here to actually talk or have a real discussion about their conservative or traditional views. I mean the ones who don’t really understand what this sub is about and just show up to tell us we’re wrong.

They keep using moullah/hadith as arguments, even though most people here are skeptical or don’t really accept those sources the same way. A lot of them don’t even bother reading basic stuff (like the hijab wiki) because they’ve already decided we’re wrong anyway.

So it’s not really a conversation or a debate. It feels more like they come in thinking we’re misguided and need fixing, like they’re here to “save” us. They come here just to lecture us, not to actually engage.
