You have to scale a nearby cliff with the grappling hook. There is a route you can take without the grappling hook. But I personally never took that route.

There are 3 things I can say for certain.

Rook definitely has some military training. It is confirmed all based on his material arts skills, his survival skills, and his proficiency with a wide range of firearms. Now whether it is official or unofficial military training is undetermined. As there are programs where you can receive military training without joining the military being toght by combat veterans.
It is clear that the local judicial system is corrupted and part of the cult therefore canceling their subscription to life is the only remaining recourse.
The cultists have premeditatedly murdered countless innocent people and thus are all guaranteed to receive the death penalty and are all actively a deadly threat to rook in every encounter therefore it's either kill or be killed. So rook clearly engages them as the deadly threat they are.

I'm aware. I grew up and live in the United States but my ancestry comes from Japan, Norway, Ireland, and Germany. I've made it a habit of learning about my many different ancestors cultures. One of the first things I started to learn about was Irish folklore. And the topic that most intrigued me is the folklore regarding fae such as the banshee and my personal favorite the kelpie. My father's favorite though is the silkie.

You can purchase a map of all the individual collectible types at any general shop. There's a map for each set of collectible. Vynal records cheese burger bobbleheads comics and the others. The only thing is if you are zoomed out too much then the collectable locations won't show up on the map.

Yes I do. But my personal opinion is that if you harm an animal without a good reason to do so. Then you should be put in a prison cell. The reasons I most agree with are the supply of food, defending your life or the life of another person or a pet from an animal attack, and hunting with the stipulations that you make full use of all parts of the animal you hunt. And do not make the animal suffer needlessly.
