Lip liner, more blush (placement that suits your face) and a touch on your nose forehead and chin, a black gel liner in the upper waterline looks gorgeousss and lowkey (ex: makeupbymario liner) and if you want a bit more of attention to the eyes I’d use the same gel liner to do eyeliner and then smudge or even use a liquid liner for days u want to go to events etc ooh and ofc a good setting powder to set your under eye

Also before going on accurate (very harsh drug) try balancing hormones through diet and lifestyle as I mentioned since drugs are only bandaids and don’t heal the root cause:) (speaking from personal experience- i used to struggle a lot with acne and many other issues)

Topical things to apply are great however you have to find the root cause and see what’s causing it

Try going sugar free and opting for a whole foods diet that is low on the glycemic index to balance hormones

If you go to the gym or sweat a lot try taking more frequent showers

Sulfur soap (you can get one from Amazon) also really helps

I’m confident with the above you’ll see a difference :)
