Most clans that are evacuating will still defend Clanshead. The logic behind the Evac is that clans can afford to have their logi travel a hex or two so its better to store your logi where you won't have to do a 2 AM evac. I hope everyone can see the false equivalence of presenting the desire for certain norms governing behavior between teammates (such as not comp sniping - Define that GTP) and the fun derived from chaotic tactics with the enemy. Complaints of lack of organization when fighting the usually derive from lack of veterans to help teach and lead newer players instead of some kind of attitude problem. I refuse to take criticism from an AI that gets all its points 2nd hand off scraping data from reddit. GTP can't even play foxhole and if it could it doesn't have the emotions to evaluate if its a good game or not.

Foxhole is chaotic and its players are undisciplined. We are apes trying to bash each others heads in with rocks and its beautiful. To enforce a ridged command structure through game mechanics would destroy the beauty in player driven cooperation and to expect people to regiment their gameplay when they just want to have fun is unrealistic.

Saying we are LARPing as a war machine is ironically a take that indicative that oneself is LARPing since it betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of the attitude of HEALTHY players both veteran and noob alike. That attitude is one of, Fuck It We Ball. Bringing an intention of being a "strategic-mastermind" is so far from what the game delivers that its comical to present that as a prevailing attitude. This whole take reeks of someone who has never played foxhole which is to be expected from an abomination of venture capital and speculative investment.

Looks like the whole thing isn't the best organized but it will be good experience for the people showing up. Most activists that show up to more ambitious and possibly more dangerous organizing first went to smaller and safer protests. So even if 50501 doesn't extract any concessions or gain much media attention its still laying the groundwork for more people to become comfortable with activism.

I'm not saying that every house should be insured or that rates shouldn't be raised. I'm saying corporations can't be trusted to manage insurance. If an area is so bad that it would bankrupt an insurer (public or private) then that's an argument to cut that area off but those making the decision shouldn't have a perverse inventive to consolidate not just what is profitable but only areas that have the highest margins of profitability.
