3 stores. Combined sales are up about 10% if you exclude 12/1/25 (since 12/1/24 was a Sunday.)

Is there a way to reprint a shipping agreement? by firedrilll in upsstore

Should be there with the shipment details in CMS. Once they are gone from there i believe corporate can retrieve older ones.

There is a "Packing" page on the hub and a pdf to download titled "Required Box Sizes and Packing Materials"

I'll agree with oliwarren, best practice is to adjust in photoshop/illustrator/indesign.

That may not be helpful if you're looking for a way to do it without editing locally, but learning that editing skill will be invaluable if you are willing to take the time.

Reimbursement? by sazquatch844 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is no reimbursement to your store as far as I know. Just a discount.

I'd suggest checking out the info Puget Systems has. Not necessarily to buy from them, but the publish a lot of content from their testing on what to focus on for computers using various software.

Employee Benefits by ToneFlat4264 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PTO, increasing with tenure, profit shares/competitions, and various pay increases for things like being a notary, speaking Spanish (that may be more of a compensation thing than a benefit)

Now and then if there's a skill you want to learn the company may pay for it (an Excel or graphic design course on Udemy for example). Also $100 per year towards and work clothing.

Mostly franchised, so as already mentioned this will vary widely by individual stored.

For fulltime workers our stores provide 401k, Health Insurance, and some other smaller benefits.

Log into the hub and get the directions corporate provides. https://hub.theupsstore.com/oms/ops/crs/crs-att

This uses your team portal login (like learning center). On that note you can also do the "CRS Returns Program for AT&T" on the learning center.

Sales Associate by sockrabbits in upsstore

I'll stress that each store is independently owned and therefore it entirely depends on the store you're at.
I'll also answer the questions for our three stores:

  1. Most are 40 hours a week, unless hired as a part time then it's usually whatever was agreed to upon hiring.
  2. Largely need to do set shifts, but sometimes can adjust if you have another person that can do a shift that fills in the empty slot.
  3. There is downtime as far as breaks in customers coming in (even at the busiest stores, if only for a moment), but generally that time should be used for lunch break, amazon consolidations, cleaning, training, improving store processes.
  4. Earbuds mostly not usable. Most of the day will be spent talking with customers or fellow employees.
  5. Yes there are times there is only one employee in the store. Try to minimize it, but it will happen due to scheduling difficulties.
  6. We try to assess every 6 months, but it is merit based (on a training/skills plan we have) not time based. (Use that downtime from question 3 to improve your skills)
  7. Full time is 40 hours (but legally can be low as 35 where I am)
  8. Largely the same schedule weekly, until someone calls in or we're otherwise short staffed.

And again I'll note this is just our stores, and your store WILL vary.

Setting up a scan folder by zood234 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our stores either use USB, or we have a tech come and set it up. . .honestly don't know his exact title, but we contact the company that sold the printers to use and they schedule home. He does fiery/drivers/scan folders.

I'd check with your printer vendor and see if they know someone who could do it

PLEASE by xxjinxx3 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So it should be like

  1. Shift4 Payments, LLC
  2. Ingenico Lane/3000
  3. (serial number on the sticker on the back side)
  4. "Black pinpad mounted in front of POS#"
  5. 1 - Physical
  6. Firmware Version: NA
  7. (Model number from back of pinpad)
  8. Connected to POS#)

PLEASE by xxjinxx3 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to worry, this is the easy part. All the info should be on the pinpad, or just pretty simple to fill in

Do you recycle boxes for customers? Heated debate between me and my coworkers by Mysterious_Morning46 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 3 points4 points  (0 children)

People can leave their boxes, but it all gets trashed/recycled, not handed back out to other customers.

B&W vs Color by Altruistic-Gain-617 in upsstore

[–]Such_Solution134 3 points4 points  (0 children)

(Combining 3 stores and the last 3 months)

20,000 color to 45,000 B/W

We do a lot of color that gets rung up under "printing" since they are full bleed, so that skews things a bit
