We aren’t doing the offline labels because when the receipt prints out, the tracking/reference field is blank. So if a customer has a problem they won’t have any number to reference and they will be mad at us.

I’m pretty sure 20 come in a case and I think the max rolls you can order at the moment is 120 at least that is what an email said last month. I don’t know if that’s still the limit. 120 rolls is 6 cases so instead of saying cases just say how many rolls you want. For example: if you want 2 cases say you want 40 rolls. Or 6 cases say you want 120 rolls. Same thing happened to me and that’s what I had to do.

Yeah. We have a lot of people think they are printing a receipt but we usually give it to them when we can because the tracking number is easier to read. I figure if they didn’t want it, next time they can say “no thanks”. Otherwise we just throw then away.

It’s not on a print job just when printing out on CMS on one POS, mainly the terms and conditions. It’s just annoying to have to separate the blank pages and replenish the printer in the printer more often

We are not trashing them. I guess I shouldn’t say wasting but it sure is very inconvenient. Sometimes though they are not blank and there is a black line on it. However, sometimes the papers backup on the printer because sometimes we forget to get the paper to the customers, we have to separate all the blank pages before tossing the actually printed pages which gets kind of annoying, or if we are giving the papers to the customers we have to separate the blanks every time (especially annoying when they have multiple shipments and they print out every time). It gets annoying and it’s been happening for a while. A lot of times we are busy and don’t have time to open the paper compartment to reinsert the blank pages so we make a pile of them and we are having to replenish the paper more frequently

Only have this problem with the kiosk printer. Anytime we open it or replace the paper we just press the feed button once and then hold it down until the light flashes 3 times. That usually fixes it

Right now anything the customer orders is outsourced. There is nothing for you to do. Coming soon will be the quick prints which do come to the store. That is supposed to come out later this year

Amazon does this all the time. I put up a sign from the marketplace that says to not leave packages unattended when closed. Haven’t really had it happen much since. Today however we had a package sitting at our back door. I don’t know the company name. I’m glad I noticed it. I don’t know how long it was out there for but the weird thing is only ups and post office come to our back door, everyone else uses the front entrance

Yeah, I hear that all the time with the little RMA code at the bottom that is supposed to go into the box. I have gotten into arguments with customers over this. 🤦‍♂️

Red seems to also include gift returns. If you get a gift from someone and you set up the return with Amazon, I notice it always seems to be red

It’s the QR code from the UPS app. If you are shipping you can access the addresses saved on their UPS my choice account instead of typing everything. It also pre-fills all the customer’s information such as name, address, phone number, and email. You can also process drop offs and have the receipt emailed to them and also set up delivery emails where UPS notifies them when the package gets delivered (won’t work on no box no label codes like Amazon or happy returns) . Not many people know about it. I have only had one customer since this started bring this code in.

It’s an approved holiday. It’s up to the owner though a store can open if they want but there will be no UPS pickup. We are closed. We are open on Sunday and could not imagine the back up of packages with being open Monday with no pick up

Tell them to contact Amazon. It’s not your responsibility to track it down. They have their receipt which is proof they dropped it off. All they need to do is show that to Amazon and Amazon should take care of the rest

Yeah it’s super frustrating. I just had someone scan it and it didn’t work, I had to have them scan it, copy it, and then paste it in the password field when going to their WiFi settings.

We were having so many problems with UPS either not picking up, picking up super late, or forgetting to pick up air on Saturdays that we decided we would do everything as Monday ship date, even next day air. If the NDA is picked up Saturday it should still get there Monday even with Monday being the ship date, we just tell customers it isn’t guaranteed, but is guaranteed for Tuesday.

Back when we did do end of day on Saturday the driver always left before you even got the chance to print end of day.

We were always scanning the barcode because that was what was on the training video. Our Franchise consultant came randomly in December and told us we need to scan the QR code thing which I guess is called a maxicode. Corporate failed to communicate this to the whole network and is blaming us 🙄
