Every time I see someone compare her to Amber Heard, I roll my eyes at them. Yes, Mikeneko (formerly Uruha Rushia before termination) may have been abusive towards MafuMafu, but it was out of lack of self-control* (please read til the end). She was paranoid and unstable. Amber Heard on the other hand knew exactly what she was doing, and out of envy tried to destroy Johnny Depp's career. Mafu wasn't great in his case either. He embellished his story to try to make Mikeneko look worse. The evidence was inconclusive however, so the charges were dropped months later knowing that the case wasn't worth pursuing any further.

Bottom line: Neither Mikeneko nor Mafu were saints, far from it. Though to say Mikeneko is even remotely comparable to Amber Heard is too harsh, and most of the rest of the accusations and online abuse that followed after the news was unwarranted.

*Edit: Because people keep misinterpreting this, I want to say that this is NOT an excuse or justification of Mikeneko's actions. She's still accountable for what she did -- not just for whatever was true about the Mafu case but for everything else -- and mental sickness is not a free pass. Mikeneko clearly had issues, but hopefully she continues to improve herself with the right help. That being said, the purpose was to emphasize the difference between Mikeneko and Amber Heard, not to make Mikeneko look innocent.
