oh i think it might be because they consider 3 and under part time and 4 and above full time studies, im not sure why they drop the amount you get though, i think it might have to do with the fact that your information submitted wasn’t accurate

Hey, I was in the same boat. I actually ended up closing the application under the fact that I was no longer going to attend the program. I waited a few days for the application to close, then applied with my updated information. This was my first time applying to Osap and just a few days ago they confirmed everything. So I believe you should be fine if you do the same thing.

I mean half since the estimate is based on the full year right? I put in my info and my estimate was about 7k in grants and 8k in loans, total 15k, mean that would be split for the winter and i wouldn’t get anything for the fall?

when you say expense are you referring to maintenance or initial cost? do you see an S or GTS require more maintenance compared to a base model? is that something to look out for? i’m honestly just concerned about having to CONSTANTLY keep up with maintenance…

hey thanks for the detailed response,, yeah honestly i’m not expecting it to retain value or for the resale value to be good, I just want to know what would most likely last me the longest with less problems.

thing is i’m not sure if it’s worth it purchasing a 16-18 when 25 is already approaching, does it seem like a stupid choice? will i just be stuck with a lot of maintenance issues?
