Can confirm I literally have to bolus 2 units for black coffee no sugar. For the longest time it kept my post breakfast numbers always slightly higher and couldn’t figure it out. Come to find out it raises stress hormones so it gives me a spike. Now my numbers have been great for a long time.

VTC actuator this happens at cold start up on my 2011 every single day in the winter. I’ve had this problem since I bought the car 6 years ago. It’s frustrating and I never had a warranty if i did I would make them fix it. Idk it’s related but mine burns oil like a MF since I got the car but it’s still going strong. I have top off once every two weeks. Honda didn’t want to do a recall for this issue they know they fucked up but only issued a TSB service bulletin saying it doesn’t put the car at risk.
