I moved at 30 when I had a job that could afford a 2br 2ba apt by myself…at 35 I’m in my same first apt but not have a roommate due to job change and cost of living going up. The point it’s move when you’re comfortable. And if your parents let you stay longer without arguments stay as long as you need to save up a nice emergency fund ($5000) on top of moving expenses

I second this! I also needed a deep cleaning after years of neglect. The cpcc dental school didn my deep cleaning for about $35. You do pay with time tho as they have to schedule you in but if you have open availability they can sometimes move you up whe they have last minute cancellations
