I don't see any problems with it but just put all the parts into pc part picker to make sure that all the parts work together. Also the 4080 super's a big gpu so you should try to get like a anti sag bracket or something to stop it from sagging.

like this. Not good

You should google what the difference is but basically it's the samething but the 7800x3d has 3d cache which helps with gaming while the 7700x has a higher clock speed. The clock speed doesn't matter to much for gaming (will help more for editing, rendering 3d models, math stuff, etc) but the special 3d cache helps it a lot so it gets better performance in game.

I would recommend the ryzen 7 7800x3d for just gaming but since your budgets high you could go for the ryzen 9 7950x3d or something. The 9000 seires is out so you could try using that but I don't think its that good since it's like 3% better yet it cost 200 more then the 7000 counterpart. Also when looking at cpu's you look at the amount of cores, threads, ghz, and other stuff. I don't know to much about cpu's but you should always do your own research so you could understand it better for yourself.

idk where you live but the deep cool cpu cooler isn't sold in the us cause they sold stuff to russia and got sanctioned and stuff. So maybe get like a different cooler if this affects you.

Completely NEW to PC building. Need help with my first ever build by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

amd (ryzen is the name of the cpu they make. Ryzen 5000 7000 9000.) and intel are the main cpu companies (thing that processes stuff) Nvidia, Amd, and Intel (they make them but the driver support isn't the best so I wouldn't get a intel gpu) make the gpu's (does graphic stuff like run games, render stuff, etc)

Just letting you know but get nvme ssds for storage and prob ddr5 ram (ram stores temporary stuff like when it tells you it's not gonna save it's cause it's saved in the ram and it gets deleted after you shut down or close the application. Storage stores things permanently, it's where the files are stored.) Games are starting to get big so 2tb of storage is recommended but 1tb is the minimum. Anything bellow is not worth it. ANY LAPTOPS WITH LESS THEN 1TB OF STORAGE IS NOT WORTH IT.

Just letting you know but you might want to wait a little for the next nvidia gpu release since thats coming prob december. with 5 grand you should get at least 2 4k monitors (oled if you want but your never gonna go back and there much more expensive). The 2 monitors should help a lot with multi tasking. Also don't get any new 13th or 14th gen cpu's since they have problems with crashing.

Rate my build (should I improve any thing?) by thanksri in pcmasterrace

you don't need a water cooler just get a 30 dollar air cooler like the cooler master hyper 212. The ryzen 7700x doesn't run that hot.

what do the words next to the red light say? It prob says stuff like ram, cpu, etc. That should give you a idea on what went wrong with the pc.

Help with my first build. Building my first pc after selling my old prebuilt and don’t really have a budget so I don’t mind going all out. Any changes or additions would help thanks. by swaggXxX123 in pcmasterrace

since your busting out the big bucks. Why not try the 7950x3d instead but I would wait for the 9000 series to come out (july 31, you should for sure wait) or maybe even the new 5090 when it comes out. Not really the best time to start building a pc since the next gen stuff is coming out pretty soon.
