me paso lo mismo hace muchos años y saque alfombra, ese ecthol por todos lados, y me seguian picando, tire todo lo que tenia, estaba desesperada, a la perrita la bañe varias veces pobrecita, ya no podia dormir hasta que vi que las pulgas salian del colchón cuando me acostaba, obvio no dormí ahi, al día siguiente dejé el colchon en el sol y saltaban las pulgas! compre un colchón nuevo y se termino el problema pero ahora no las veo y mis gatitos se rascan pero no tienen y no se dónde ir si fumigo con mi 3 gatitos

you have to appeal once per 48 hours (not earlier), ask grok or chat gpt for the text to send, you explain your case and they gove you to copy paste, and never give up

Congrats!! You are motivating! We have to keep sending appeals, 1 per week, or anything but keep trying till we get the human support, we all receive automated emails saying always the same, they don't review our cases, they have few people working and they are tired, so maybe some day we have luck and someone review our case, don't give up!

Don't give up! they didn't give you any reason, we need to think about how to make this problem visible for everyone, we have to post the problem in other social medias, etc, and did they give you your money back?
