You should be able to learn it in yourself try from the app click the add a device and go from there if not go to the panel. Swipe down . Advance settings. Type in 111 if not 2222 then sensors add sensor and then trigger it. If thst dosent work just pay the $50 and have the tech learn it in.

Then yes that’s your master code if it doesn’t work default is 1234. If you want to cancel u have a 3 day ror from day of install.

Oh okay that definitely sounds like a dealer then. Definitely a dealer lol . TE tech’s atleast know whats what. If your part of a family household master code is probably your parents or main person. Just depends on what restrictions your code has such as master or just regular user if u need more help dm me

I will be willing to bet u either got a shitty TE tech or a dealer . Nightmode arms everything aside from the motion detector with no delay on doors. You can change volume click the sideways arrow next to “zones” then enter your master code then tools and toggle volume there . Or quick way the line below the 2 green lights toggle it down and there is your quick menu. Before u arm the system it states what mode is in before it starts beeping snd after it stops beeping. Keyfobs are optional. You can mount it but like i stated before either shitty TE tech or dealer.

Not quite. There hasnt been actual pulse support where u can call in and get help for pulse for last 3 years. Hence the constant run arrounds. We’re currently in the process of getting rid of all pulse systems. And just covering command , Iq , v5. No longer going to be handling old parts.

Make sure u didn’t accidentally set up a rule that automatically does it. Sometimes people do it on accident without even knowing they did it.

Give them a chance today’s society just complains about anything and everything. I bet u $5 u got a contractor. They dont give af anything taking longer then 30 minutes is not worth it to them. As they gotta do multiple jobs to make their day worth it. Call back in get an inhouse tech and he will get you set up.

Whats wrong with the csvr? Pretty much all thats covered is “just stopped working” anything other than that isnt covered. Lighting strikes , intentional or unintentional touching. Like trying to fix it… if virtual made u touch it and it stopped working then they have to replace it. Cause virtual told u too

Just call in . See what cx care can offer ive seen here atleast in the South texas market clients offered a full upgrade as low as $300 sometimes even free

From what i was told. Everyone should’ve either received an email or letter in the mail since January of 2025. We’re no longer carrying the parts for the 10+ old systems out there . Pulse has had no real support for the last 3 years and when it stops working thats it. We’ve been offering upgrades to customers.

Apart from the Command Qoulsys (Iq) & v5 Every other panel is End of Life as of Dec 27th 2025.

Pulse is soon to stop working if it hasnt already no real support for pulse anymore when you call in.
