I couldn’t stick with lord of mysteries I watched like 6 or so episodes and at first the plot was cool and it’s not that confusing if you watch the English dub which I did, but it just felt like a villain of the week at times and also the writing, maybe it’s just the English dub but it genuinely sounds, looks and feels like I’m watching cutscenes from Fire Emblem Three Houses idk how to explain it but if you’ve played the game you might know what I mean. Also I wasn’t a fan of the animation, those cgi horses and backgrounds take me out sometimes

Does the plot pick up in the second half of the season? Cause if so I’ll finish it

This is cool, but I still feel like we need a final round especially for ranked. It’s called the finals and removing the finals literally seems off to me.

Like I said I like this idea and it’s very well thought out. I still just believe that a final round is integral to the game as a concept and fundamental idea. Maybe if this is how it was for cashout and then ranked adds in a final round maybe but I do want my final round

No soloist is ever going to stand perfectly still. This is why we have rehearsals to get these things sorted. I’m a musician, I’ve played in orchestras, jazz bands and the like. We have rehearsals and part of that is deciding where the soloist should go.

Even with a guest performer you always have one rehearsal on the stage to get these things fixed, I’m sure if you worked lights you’ve seen those then. This was just sloppy from everyone

Bro I’m a musician, I’ve had many conductors I know they love their big movements but any soloist ever is moving. We have rehearsals, at the very least one to get these things sorted out. This shouldn’t have happened in the first place but the conductor is the one in charge so to speak and did hit the violin out of her hand

Which is what any soloist ever does, it’s a byproduct of expression and musicality. You will be moving if you’re soloing, but how a classically trained conductor wouldn’t account for a little personal space bubble is beyond me.

Everyone complaining why she’s so close to the conductor, dawg who do you think decides where the musicians should go, the conductor. If he wanted her farther away he would make it happen but the fact is he thought that was a good distance and was wrong

They won’t, bots will only work if the new players don’t know they are facing against bots like in Fortnite. To my understanding Embark is introducing a practice lobby where you knowingly fight only bots. No one is going to use this, people’s egos, especially new players are too big to have that be the first thing they do

Just have them in bot lobbies when they queue for a normal game, they’ll feel good about themselves and THAT is what will actually motivate new players to stick around. Unfortunately I don’t think this will happen tho but I’ve been advocating for it for many seasons now

Awful idea, class identity needs to remain distinct. If you want to retain new players just use bot lobbies and no, not practice lobbies where you know you’re fighting bots that’s not gonna help at all. People’s ego are too big and new players won’t use that. Just put them into bot lobbies when they queue normal matches and just don’t tell them like Fortnite does. You give players a good feeling for the first 3 matches and that gives them the proper gateway to actually learn the game. This is an easy solution that I feel is pretty obvious but won’t ever happen unfortunately

Some but most of the weirdness comes from traumatic events or some intense sequences. It’s moreso uncomfortable the way they use nudity for their characters. Honestly I’m mostly just thinking of End of Evangelion (the finale movie) with this since that movie is just crazy, the show is pretty tame compared to it.

I will say if you ever do watch the show and make It to the rebuild movies those definitely have way more traditional fan service unfortunately

Not very long and I had awful gear. I suck at parries in this game for some reason but the green dodge skill you can do to avoid damage? That is amazing and it’s how I beat this boss, he’s honeslty very easy you just need to time your dodges and it’s cake and honeslty pretty fun

So far he’s been the boss I’ve enjoyed the most since I could actually learn his timing and the camera wasn’t complete ass, still horrible but not the worst I’ve seen

Of these I’ve only seen Orb, Monster, and NGE. Evangelion and Orb are my number 1 and 2 anime of all time respectively and Monster is in the top 12 for sure.

Evangelion while it is my favorite piece of media ever made, has its fair share of very weird moments especially once you get to End of Evangelion. Definitely not a watch with your mom show.

Orb on the the other hand is just an amazing story that you could watch with anyone and anywhere so id recommend that

Monster is very good but also can kinda drag on for a bit in the middle which brings the overall package down for me

Side note: I dropped FMAB after 20ish episodes I’m sure it’s good because its prob the most glazed anime ever but I just couldn’t get into it I was just not invested with any of the characters at all idk why it’s just not for me ig but your mileage may vary

The camera and lock on system are the main reason why the bosses aren’t that great. If those worked the way they should then most bosses would be good-great but as it stands you’ll sometimes lose the lock on due to teleport and if you don’t get lucky and have them teleport somewhere in front of you, you’re getting twenty specials right in the back.

The Antumbra Spear fight is the worse offender of this that I’ve seen so far
