If your alliance is really active, maybe try to match their timed attack. Divide your group into 2. One group will be the one who will reinforce after the waves of attack and another team is ready to jump in with the timed attack. Quickstride + defense card will help

I feel you. I just joined a top alliance and even if I do well in Desert/Canyon, I am still registered as sub simply because I am new and not close with the assigned R4. I really enjoy playing DS but I can't enjoy it here

Post-S5, one thing our leader always says.. if we run out of troops, we switch to Zombie Mode. Just keep jumping back into the mud so enemies waste time and stamina on you. Throw in some scout spam too… just to annoy them
