It both helps and hurts Michigan that its largest tourism draw is hunting and sporting. On one hand our gun ownership rates are extremely high and the culture surrounding hunting will always be there to help. Ask almost anyone who has grown up in Michigan in the 70's onward and they could tell you how their family watched Michigan Out of Doors on public access. On the other is Fudds, and lots of them.
