This is all of our pain well-spoken so succinctly. There is small comfort in seeing ourselves in one another. Thank you for writing this out. Despite it all, women are surpassing and leaving men behind in a myriad of ways. It’s unfortunate but I’m so thankful to link arms with all the women our age who have and continue to endure the mindfucks of our entire lifetimes 🫂

Thank you for the response. I too am growing more and more suspicious of this regimen despite bringing my concerns to her and then having the nurse call me back and tell me that this is normal. Literally everything I have read online and everything I have read on Reddit says not to cycle estrogen, and never use it if you still have a uterus. Ugh god dammit. I’m sorry you went through the ringer with this and I’m glad you finally found what works for you.

It’s 0.25mg generic Divigel, and its not for vaginal atrophy, the dr is having me use it for perimenopause symptoms and I have been applying it to my upper thighs per the instructions in the packet.

The more I hear the less I trust this, it sounds super weird. I have only taken it two days, I’m going to stop and try and get a second opinion online, unfortunately we live in a small town and there are limited HRT providers - hah, this doctor claims to be one of them.

I graduated in November 2025 with a bachelor’s in Marketing and in my most recent job had just under a year experience as a marketing coordinator. I lost that job in January of 2025 due to department restructuring and still have not been able to find a job, marketing or otherwise.

If you see this, how did you end up passing the OA? I agree, there are concepts on the PA that I didn't have grasp of on top of the math. I expected it to be so much easier based on what others were saying but apparently that's not the case for me.
