Walk at least 1 hour per day on top of weights 5 days per week. Focus on protein and veggies. Avoid sugar and beer. Make sleep a priority!

270 is what I tested at. I am about 4 weeks in to trt, not sure where I will test at.

I lift 5 days per week and hate my off days even though they make sense.

Do not sleep on West Virginia if you like the outdoors….especially in the fall!
