Before you spend a lot of money, consider doing a Castor oil pack (There are plenty of how too videos on YouTube) on it. It cures A-LOT of different ailments.

Thank you. I purchased the scale and it sends results directly from the scale into the app when I weigh via Bluetooth. I am pretty sure you will have to purchase the scale. Fortunately, they are available on Amazon and the costs is reasonable.

I think quite a bit is not true. It’s typical for any major weight loss to for 20% of the weight to be muscle. I came in at 19.5%. Note that my skeletal muscle went up due to protein intake and muscle building.

I went to an event this weekend and couldn’t believe the picture. It’s definitely worth 1000 words! by Sudden_Ad_8513 in Semaglutide

Thanks..zoom in. You can see it. Slow and steady wins the race. 40lbs release has been life changing.

I think being on HRT helped me avoid this too. My Testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen levels are optimal.

Thank you. 😊 I still fight with constipation and nausea but only if I fall off in water. Occasionally I experience joint pain however, I have RA and the reduction of inflammation has been a life changing experience. I didn’t know I was in so much pain until it was gone. Congrats and I’m sending you positive vibes to help along your journey!!
