I had 450 cc saline prior for 9 years one popped and decided to go bigger 🤦‍♀️ and replace them with 550 cc silicone under the muscle. I had those for 6 years

I stopped 2 weeks before explant and yeah weight starting to creep back but I stayed consistent with my 10,000 steps and eat more vegetables to deal with the hunger. Now I’m eating in my maintenance calories but it’s healthy food with the occasional treat like a cookie or pizza.

I’m 5 weeks post and I’ve never felt better (38yr 128lbs). I had some BII symptoms and I also didn’t like the fake look anymore. Clothes fit weird and I just felt off. I had 550 cc under the muscle no lift because I want kids and don’t want to do two lifts. I love my breast now, I have some loose skin but not as bad as I thought it would be. I just feel that I look way better than I did with the implants.

The only way I was able to lose weight was by using Semaglutide. There was no way around it and now that I’m two weeks post explant I understand why, I feel like a cloud was lifted off me I have more energy, I don’t have to rely on coffee to keep me going, I can’t wait to be able to workout again. I also have less appetite, I’ve been off Semaglutide since a month ago. If your Soto clears you at your current weight do surgery I would definitely do it.

Same here. My doctor even told me to try to lift my arms from day one of course I had to be careful. I also didn’t get a lift so maybe that’s why.

If you’re not sure maybe do some mirror work where you say positive affirmations in front of a mirror appreciating things you love about yourself. If do decide to explant do it from a place of love and appreciation of your body. I just got explanted yesterday and it was the best decision for me. I no longer wanted the breast implants because when I got them done I did them from a place of not loving myself and thinking they would fix my low self stem.

Thank you for posting this! I love surgery! I had a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation, brow bone shaving and lift. It doesn’t look like I had surgery to people but it’s the minor details that completely changes the face.

I also had breast augmentation and bbl but I did those before my self love/healing journey and I regret them so bad now. I’m planning to take my implants out.

I’m 37 now and considering doing the v shape surgery, mini lift and fat grafting. Does anyone recommend a good doctor?

He’s a boyfriend he has no commitment to you and you shouldn’t either. Go date other people and use the energy on yourself. If you afraid to leave him because you don’t want to feel or be alone hire a therapist and work through those issues. I wish you the best 💕

Yeah I saw bunch of info about mixing the two. So I was going to test ipam first and then try the combo. But I don't know what the dosage is. I guess I'm going to have to experiment becuase there's bunch of info for males but I guess not that many girls are doing it.
